WORK DONE THIS PAST WEEK:
• Contractor placed first course for cmu screen wall.
• Contractor placed C-900 PVC irrigation main line.
• Subcontractor poured concrete veneer in lower pond.
• Subcontractor continued placing PVC pipe for fire line and domestic water line.
• Subcontractor poured concrete cross gutter, rolled curb, and ADA parking stalls.
• Continue reviewing RFI’s and submittals, forward to designer upon prelim CM review.
WORK SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK:
• Concrete veneer to be poured for the remainder of the stream.
• CMU screen wall to be completed.
• Fire and domestic water lines to be backfilled.
• Fire hydrant and sewer cleanouts to be placed.
• Irrigation lines to continue being placed.
• Terrace walls to be formed and poured.
• Concrete sidewalk to be formed.
COMMENTS:
Contractor’s construction working hours are set at 7 am. The city may entertain a different
starting time at the request of Urban Habitat.
Weekly construction progress meeting set to start on Tuesdays at 10 am, commencing on
October 22nd, and will be every other week afterwards. Construction Manager Patrick will send
an invite and confirming the location.
