WORK DONE THIS PAST WEEK:
• Contractor completed irrigation pump screen wall.
• Contractor began excavating and placing rebar for cross-over wall footing.
• Contractor planted Zahidi Date Palms near Entrance.
• Subcontractor began placing boulders in streambed.
• Subcontractor placed fire hydrants and sewer cleanouts.
• Subcontractor air tested and backfilled SDR 35 sewer lines.
• Subcontractor placed thrust blocks and backfilled PVC pipe for fire line and domestic
water line.
• Subcontractor placed 2” sewer force main.
• Subcontractor formed and poured terrace wall footing.
• Continue reviewing RFI’s and submittals, forward to designer upon prelim CM review.
WORK SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK:
• Concrete veneer to be poured for the remainder of the stream.
• Boulders to continue being placed in streambed.
• Fire lines to be pressure tested.
• Irrigation lines to continue being placed.
• Remaining Terrace walls to be formed and poured.
• Concrete sidewalk to continue being formed.
COMMENTS:
Weekly construction progress meeting set to start on Tuesdays at 10 am, commencing on
October 22nd, and will be every other week afterwards. Construction Manager Patrick will send
an invite and confirming the location.
