HAUL VEHICLES SHOULD BE ADHERED TO INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS RELATING TO THESE
SPECIFIC CATEGORIES:
EARTH MOVING - GRADING ACTIVITY SHALL BE SUSPENDED. WATER SHALL BE APPLIED TO SOILS NOT
