Should you require printed copies of probably construction cost, this fee assumes that we will provide a maximum of six copies of each report. Reimbursable expenses, including reprographics charges, travel beyond a 100-mile radius of our LA office and interstate-shipping charges will be charged at cost plus 10.00%. All other services, including additional cost reports, design stage cost reports, bid negotiation and construction phase services will be considered additional services. Unless otherwise agreed prior to the work being carried out, our fees for any additional services will be based on time expended at our normal billing rates prevailing at the time the work is carried out.
