Dear Mr. Durrett:
It is understood that the City of La Quinta is issuing to Ministrelli Construction at Painted Cove,
a building permit for 79-185 Bighorn Trail, prior to providing a completed sub -list.
A current workman's compensation policy and city business license are in order for only the
following trades: concrete, framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing. The remaining
trades paperwork shall be in order by no later than February 22, 1994.
It is understood by both the City of La Quinta, and Ministrelli Construction Co., that work will
be stopped on February 22, 1994 if the above agreement is not fulfilled. This agreement shall
pertain only to the above address.
