Good morning.
E-MAIL TOM HARTUNG 11/24/2014 11/24/2014 1 have a project that I am helping an old friend on that is
currently in the plan check process in the City of La Quinta.
The address for the property is 49100 Avenida Anselmo.
I am inquiring to see if there is a possibility to pull a demo
permit prior to securing a building permit.
The reason we are looking at this option is because we are
fast approaching the holiday season and not sure how long
the second go through will take in the plan check process.
The architect of record is out of the country for two weeks.
It is our understanding that there were only three structural
changes•that had to be made from the first round.
We are also wondering what the cost impact would be to -pull
a demo permit separate from the building permit?
Are there any additional hurdles that we incur by pulling the
two permits separate from one another?
