Picture of CDL to be attached. He said he would relocate two
vehicles into the garage and would license all three and show
they are operational. Ten days were provided to do so, however I
did explain he can not make the residence a mechanics shop. He

06/24/2020 9:00 am 0.25 When conducting my first vehicle inspection on 6/9/2020, I
observed working on the black Ford with
hood up and trunk open. He said he owned the vehicles and was
fixing them up. I informed him he could not be running an auto
shop and working on vehicles registered to other people. it is not
zoned for a commercial auto shop. After the DMV registration
information was obtained, all three vehicles he was working on
are registered to people other than with mailing
addresses out of town. Certified letters were sent to all parties in
form of Notice of Intent to Tow Abandoned Vehicles. Letter also
sent to property owner .

10/22/2020 10:35 am 0.25 went to City
hall and found we are closed and then called. He would like to
speak with someone regarding there being many cases at this
property that eventually gain compliance but then become an
issue again. He says he know that it is the p/o who is fault for
allowing this type of tenants to remain living at the property but is
beyond frustrated and wants a solution. He states that he has
contacted police about his daughter driving in their golf cart and
being chased by the tenants. He states that police were unable to
help unless they could provide a video of the incident. He would
prefer a phone call but is accepting of email correspondence if
necessary.

10/22/2020 3:30 pm 1.00 I went to the property and viewed five vehicles 1) A 1997 Ford
Crown Victoria Black CA lic. exp. 11/28/2020 (Flat tire
on jacks) ;
2) A 2005 Cadillac STS Black CA lic. exp. 7/2018
(Unlicensed, stored) ; 3) a 1984 Fiat Pinanfarina 2000 Red
license unknown (unlicensed, stored) ,; 4) A Suzuki X-90, Red IN
license exp. 2013 (unlicensed, stored). An NOV will be
mailed and an Notice of Intent to Tow. While at the property
inspecting the vehicles, the tenant of record
told me to "get the fuck off the property". I will go with
a deputy going forward as there is an ALERT there. I called the
owner and informed her of the
situation at the property similar to the case from 2017 through
2019 where Officer Rodarte and Escatel went with court
Warrants to Abate Abandoned Vehicles where vehicles were
towed and occupants of dwelling were escorted to jail. I let her
know the letter sent me saying he is not
responsible for actions by tenants at their property is not accurate
and that they can be cited for any violation at the property and I
can request the City Attorney pursue the recorded owners for
staff time in Cost Recovery. I shall pursue a permanent solution
to the violations at the property.

keep the peace. Deputy Newton was present upon my arrival.
We met who got the keys and attempted to start
the 1997 Black Ford Crown Victoria however the battery was
dead and the vehicle was not operable. She provided registration

11/28/2020. The only other vehicle in public view was the 2005
black Cadillac STS which displays expiration 7/18/2018 tags. It

They apply all the above except vacant lot. There's
inoperative, and modified vehicles, riding dirtbike as streetbike.
There's only one little red lifted car that they mainly use and the
illegal dirtbike(mainly at night). They don't maintain their yard and
trash it just looks nasty and suspicious. They are constantly
working on the same cars over and over usually starts in evening
until late at night sometimes 2am. We pay for hoa and their code
conditions I don't see how they're still living there. They
specifically have a Christmas tree from last year on the side of
their house in front yard which with how dry it is and windy thats
a huge fire hazard. They pretty much have a work on cars garage
in their garage.
