04/14/2021 2:36 pm 0.25 R/P states: They
apply all the above except vacant lot. There's inoperative, and modified vehicles,
riding dirtbike as streetbike. There's only one little red lifted car that they mainly
use and the illegal dirtbike(mainly at night). They don't maintain their yard and
trash it just looks nasty and suspicious. They are constantly working on the same
cars over and over usually starts in evening until late at night sometimes 2am. We
pay for hoa and their code conditions I don't see how they're still living there. They
specifically have a Christmas tree from last year on the side of their house in front
yard which with how dry it is and windy thats a huge fire hazard. They pretty much
have a work on cars garage in their garage.
