Complaint Anthony
Moreno
06/29/2021 3:30 pm 0.25 Owner called and reported the tenant
has had the electricity turned off at residence. I will call I.I.D. the electrical
service provider to confirm if there has been a disconnect of services. If
so, the property would be classified as Unsafe To Occupy. I would post
the property as such and the occupants, tenant of record
and others would be provided 72 hours
to restore power by approved provider or evacuate the property. Due to
the Holiday 4th of July, I am extending the time to restore electric
services to July 7, 2021.
Note Anthony
Moreno
07/01/2021 11:45 am 0.25 I went to IID's office and met with their staff. They confirmed the electrical
service was cut off on June 23, 2021 for nonpayment. They noted they
would not release service to unless the bill is paid in full.
I informed IID I would be issuing a Danger- Unsafe to Occupy notice and
they would have until July 7, 2021 to restore electric service from
approved provider or would need to evacuate/leave the premises.
Inspection Anthony
Moreno
07/01/2021 12:37 pm 0.25 I went to the residence and called Sheriff Dispatch and requested a
Deputy to keep the peace based on ALERT on case due to occupants
fire-arm history. Two Deputies arrived and I door knocked.
came to the door. I informed her that due to the electricity being
cut at the residence, I would be issuing a Danger-Unsafe to Occupy
notice. I posted it on the garage door and photographed it and then
issued it to . I explained the City generally provides 72 hours
to restore electric service by approved provider or all occupants of
residence would need to evacuate the property. She said she was
working on it. I advised due to the holiday coming up, I am extending the
time frame as noted on the Notice that they have until July 7, 2021 to
restore electric service or evacuate the property.

They apply all the above except vacant lot.
There's inoperative, and modified vehicles, riding dirtbike as streetbike. There's only one little red lifted car that they mainly
use and the illegal dirtbike(mainly at night). They don't maintain their yard and trash it just looks nasty and suspicious. They
are constantly working on the same cars over and over usually starts in evening until late at night sometimes 2am. We pay
for hoa and their code conditions I don't see how they're still living there. They specifically have a Christmas tree from last
year on the side of their house in front yard which with how dry it is and windy thats a huge fire hazard. They pretty much
have a work on cars garage in their garage
