COSTCO WHOLESALE SIGN PROGRAM
Dear Mr. Clement:
The Planning Commission at its meeting of September 12, 2006, approved your sign program
for Costco Wholesale and Costco Gasoline at 79-795 Highway 111, per the attached exhibits,
and subject to the following Conditions:
1. The total square footage for each of the "Costco Wholesale" main business identification
signs shall be approximately 200 square feet, with the letter "C" being no larger than 5
feet in height. The applicant shall install the approved signs on the eastern and northern.
building elevations at the approved locations as per the attached exhibit.
2. A building sign permit shall be obtained prior to any -work on the sign being started.
3. Final plans shall be reviewed by the Community Development Department prior to
obtaining a building permit.
Please submit five copies of the final sign program to the Community Development Department
for stamped approval.
This action is final unless appealed to the City Council within 15 days of the action. Please
contact the Community Development Department should you wish to appeal.
