We DO NOT support the change in zoning or
•The 16.7 acre wave/surf pool-18 million gallons of our drinking
water drawn from our aquifer, up to 150 million gallons of
evaporation every year with wind, heat and wave action
•Operational hours / added noise 7 AM - 10 PM 365 days per year
•Noise from Wave Operation, Jet Skis, Loudspeakers – Music,
Calling out the approaching Wave, Crowd and added traffic noise
•17 “80 foot tall” light towers illuminating the 16.7 acre wave/surf
pool plus Commercial Lighting from Dusk to Dawn for Hotel, wave
park facilities and retail businesses
•Hotel, bars, retail and other "sporting venues"
•Increased traffic and road stress
•Up to 750 STVRs, with no minimum stay required & a permanent
waiver from future bans by city on STVRs
The Coral Mountain Wave is a Private Recreational Facility to be
used by only by Hotel Guests, Members of the Wave Club, and
Residents of the Coral Mountain Project.
