SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT 2010-1486: RUBIO'S FRESH MEXICAN GRILL
Dear Mr. Jefferies:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two signs for the
"Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill" restaurant, located at 78-445 Highway 1 1 1, in the Plaza La
Quinta shopping center. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants two signs for Rubio's, in accordance with the submitted
sign application and the approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. The west elevation sign shall not exceed an area greater than sixteen (16)
square feet, and may be illuminated. The north elevation sign shall not exceed
an area greater than forty-four (44) square feet and may be illuminated. All
signage shall comply with the Sign Program for Plaza La Quinta.
3. The applicant shall repair, stucco and/or paint, any damage to the building fascia
caused by the removal and replacement of the two signs.
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior
to installation of the sign if required.
