02/16/2022 2:53 pm 0.25 I received a phone call from property owner Jose Garza
I informed him of his son informed another ode
officer that they are working to get the power back on in the house
and resolve any and all violations at the property. I asked Mr. Garza
if his plans going forward were to stop the eviction process and make
the house compliant for his son to live in and he said he does
want the property to be compliant and he still wants his son to be
evicted. He said he would contact the lawyer to see how far out the
election process is but he did mention he wants to get power at the
house and resolve the property maintenance issues. I informed if he
cancels the election process and allows his son to live there he will
no longer have extended time to resolve the issues and will have to
resolve the violations by our compliance dates or he will receive
citations. I asked about the red car in the driveway to which he says
he has no idea who it belongs to you and said to go ahead and tow
it. He said he would contact me again if he got further information
regarding the infection time frame.
