Hi John,
The joint study session that is scheduled next week will be regarding the Coral
Mountain Resort project. The purpose of the meeting is to give the Planning
Commission and City Council an overview of the project prior to the public
hearing meetings. Public comment will be taken at the meeting on the 28th. The
agenda and staff report for the meeting will be published on the City’s website at
least 24 hours before the meeting but we try to get it posted a few days before.
If you have any more questions, just let me know. Or you can reach out to

I understand the City Council & Planning Commission are meeNng on the 28th to begin review of the Coral
Mountain Resort proposal. While the meeNng is listed on the schedule, I see no reference to the CM plan as a
topic. Can you confirm the topic and what the groundrules are for the meeNng? Does it include public
comment?
