is the deadline without extension?
Also, you need to correct his statement. He says:

September 28, 2021, it is requested that the City produced the documents within the 8me prescribed by law without any con8nuances.
Please tell him that there is no public hearing, as he was informed by me in mul;ple emails, there is a Study Session on the 28th, at which no
