Spending time in the area, our family and friends have definitely recognized that we need more amenities in this neighborhood and very pleased to realize more corner retail and other resort amenities will be built via this project to service the area. We have also reviewed the project information and seems like sound and other issues are being resolved appropriately making the development worthy of approval. Further, as a businessman and property owner in La Quinta, I recognize the cities rely on projects such as this for general fund revenue to continue to fund much need city services. Next, an upscale family-friendly development will bring great energy and excitement to the area.
