Nicole,
This will be an important point to make at the meeting, as there will be this expectation
that we are responding to these four letters that have now made appearances at the PC
and CC meeting, at the study session meeting. But as you have stated we are still
working on that, and they will not be addressed directly at the study session, but will be
addressed as part of the Response to Comments.

The four comment lePers that were referred to will be addressed in the Response to Comments,
which is part of the Final EIR. We are s(ll working on that, so their concerns will not be addressed
directly at the Study Session. You will, however, get the Response to Comments when it is complete.

At our last Planning Commission meeting and then again at last Tuesday's City Council
meeting there were concerns expressed by the community on the DEIR.
These concerns also included specific objections to the DEIR from:
Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters
Big Horn Institute
California Department of Fish and Wildlife
Center for Biological Diversity
Will these concerns be addressed at the September 28, 2021 Joint Session?
As I continue to review the DEIR and other elements of this project I may have additional
questions.
I appreciate the quality and hard work of all involved.
While I have attended and participated in a number of Joint Sessions could you please
review the agenda and areas for comment by Commissioners?
