I got a message from Danny regarding this. Jon wants us to state that letters
were received and provide the number of support/opposition letters and state
that they can be reviewed with the City Clerk or Planning. Danny said to focus on
the letters we have gotten in the past week leading up to the Study Session.

Monika said that since they are not sent to the City Clerk mail email - technically they are not
comments specific to tonight's meeting
She doesn’t need them for tonight. I think Danny was concerned that there are
only opposition letters so far but that the council will be like what about the
support letters we have gotten.

Current as of this morning. There are dozens and dozens of them – if we’re going to provide what’s been going
to CC in the last week, we should provide all of them. I’ve been collec;ng them for packets, but the applicant
has directed the supporters to not only send them to us, but also to Council members. Most of the others
have been coming only to staff.
