On April 27, 2020 the City communicated a need to extend the request for an additional 14 days

are demanded in a single request.

and public comments via the link to our online document portal below. Please note the City has
determined that your request seeks, in part, information that is exempt from disclosure,
including records protected by the deliberative process privilege and records of personal
information in which the public interest served by nondisclosure clearly outweighs disclosure,
and has been redacted from the record. (Gov. Code, § 6255; Times Mirror Co. v. Superior Court
(1991) 53 Cal.3d 1325. ; City of San Jose v. Superior Court (1999) 74 Cal.App.4th 1008.)
