I do not have a separate project description. The applicant either didn’t attach
it or may be referring to the description in the Specific Plan document. Was
that one of the items provided? I can look through and see what page it’s on if
you would like me to.

As discussed via phone on Monday, the City has located records responsive to
your request attached, dated February 4, 2020. Unfortunately, the online
document portal is temporarily down and all documents are too big to send via
email. I would like to provide two different options for this 1) You may come in
tomorrow to view any and all documents pertaining to the Wave Project while
waiting or 2) you may consider this email as a 14 day extension in accordance
with Government Code Section 6253(c) and I can provide you a link to the
documents next week when the portal is more functional?
I will be out of the office tomorrow, but anyone in the Clerk’s office may show
