Hello Jon,
We have a timeline of the completeness review of the application, attached. Please note
that we had initiated design review and tribal consultation prior to the application being
complete as a courtesy and to help keep the project moving. Their current and previous
documentation has had inconsistencies and needed augmentation to adequately address
potential impacts. We haven’t asked them to do anything that we wouldn’t ask any
other development to do. This is a sensitive area and a very large project so the reports
and documentation need to be thorough and defensible. Even more so given the amount
of potential opposition of the neighbors. If you have any other questions, please let me
know. We are working with Teresa right now to schedule a meeting with Mr. Rowe,
Garrett Simon, you, me and Danny to discuss the issues Mr. Rowe has brought forth.

John,
Notice the dates she mentions and then says they are just starting the review? We have responded to their October
review in this submittal but had to redo the traffic and Green House Gasses because of a “preference” by Nichole to
have the numbers run in another format, which took 6 months to complete. Though some of the time was due to the
coronavirus.
Can you see if all this additional time is really necessary? If there is really issues we should know but more nit picking is
not useful for anybody. And is costing this project hundreds of thousands of additional dollars. Getting us to Planning
Commission and City Council is really most important at this point will really help us all.
Thanks,
Mike Rowe, PE
