Hi Michael,
I’m including a link to the cultural studies that have been prepared for the Travertine
project as well as the letter that we received from ACBCI back in 2018 when we first
conducted the AB52 consultation. Since we recirculated the Notice of Preparation for
this project earlier this year, in March, we restarted the AB52 consultation and are
currently working with Pattie from ACBCI on mitigation. I’d like to make sure you get up
to speed on this project and will invite you to further meetings that we have with Pattie.

Thank you again for reaching out regarding tribal consultation on projects in La Quinta.
As I mentioned over the phone, we will make sure to email you any AB52 and SB18
correspondence for all projects in the City, in addition to sending to the Tribal Chair. The
two projects we have in review right now are Travertine and The Wave at Coral
Mountain. I can set up a phone meeting with you regarding Travertine and I’ll also invite
the cultural consultant and applicant for that project. Nicole Criste is the project planner
