Hi Teresa,
Below is the summary for Mayor Evans. Please let me know if you need anything else.
On July 6th and 7th, the applicant submitted revised reports (revised per staff
comments), additional materials, and corrections to previous engineering
comments.
The application was found complete on July 17th.
On July 17th, we distributed materials to City departments and outside agencies,
and requested responses and comments within 30 days.
On July 23rd, we provided the applicant comments on the Specific Plan (for the
Wave).
On August 25th, we provided the applicant comments as follows:
o Agency comments from IID, CVWD, Fire Department, SCGas and Sunline.
o Engineering comments on the Tentative Tract Map and Grading Plan
o Traffic Engineer comments regarding 2nd submittal of traffic study and need
for VMT analysis
o Staff 2nd set of comments on Air Quality and GHG reports
o Request for Fiscal Analysis since the property is within a County
Redevelopment Area
On September 14th we met with the applicant to discuss corrections to the CEQA
Initial Study
On September 15th we provided the applicant with comments on the amendments
proposed to the Andalusia Specific Plan

On September 28th we met with the applicant to discuss the CEQA Initial Study,
Specific Plan and Fiscal Study
On October 19th, the applicant resubmitted the Specific Plan, the CEQA Initial
Study and all supporting technical studies, as well as the Tentative Tract Map and
its supporting documents.
Staff will be reviewing all documents for their responsiveness to previous
comments starting October 20th.
