I just received the NOP.I need the NOC and the notice for the paper.When I have those,we can set the comment
period,but given the publication deadlines for the paper,it is likely to start next week.We will take care of all publishing
and posting.There are no special noticing requirements.

Hi Nicole,
I believe Asia will be resubmitting the revised NOP this afternoon.Depending on when the NOP can be sent out,the 30
day period could conceivably begin this Friday 2/12/21,or on Tuesday 2/16/21.Does the City publish the NOP in the
newspaper as well as send to OPR,County Clerk,responsible and trustee agencies and interested parties including the
ones you mentioned who have requested notice)?I assume this site is not within a military special use airspace,low
level flight path,or impact zone that requires special notice,but wanted to confirm.
For the Notice of Completion/Notice of Availability of the Draft EIR,we are proposing 4/15/21 as the start date for the
45 day public review period,and due to Memorial Day,the 45 day review period would extend to 6/1/21.

2/12/21:Issue NOP
3/15/21:Submit Final Batch of Draft EIR Sections for City Review Prior batches to be submitted on 2/25/21 and 3/5/21)
4/5/21:City Completes review of Draft EIR
4/15/21:Release Draft EIR for 45 day public review period 4/15/21 6/1/21]
6/30/21:Submit draft responses to comments,MMRP and other Final EIR sections for City Review
7/30/21:City completes review of Final EIR
8/12/21:Distribute Final EIR to commenting agencies
8/23/21:Project ready for public hearings Tentative Dates:PC on 9/14/21;CC on 10/5/21]
