overflow parking area, a paved parking area, and a portion of the main parking lot. The new Project
would include 27.334square foot buildings for a Parish Hall, administrative offices, walking paths,
parking spaces, and associated infrastructure and landscaping. The Project proposes to amend their
Conditional Use Permit, which was approved for the original consvuctlan of the church. Approval of
a Site Development Permit ands Minor Adjustment is required to allow the site plan, architeclure and
landscaping proposed for the Project.
FINDINGSlDETEj3MIN61I0N: The City has reviewed and considered the proposed project and has
determined that any potentially significant Impacts can he mitigated to a less than significant level.
The City hereby prepares and proposes to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project.
CommpntPeriod- A 20-day public review period for the Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration will
commence at 6,00 a.m. on June 24, 2022 and end on July 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for interested
individuals and public agencies to submit written comments on the document. Any written comments
on the Mitigated Negative Declaration must be received within the public review period. In addition,
