Coverage is also provided for loss of money, securities and other property resulting from the failure of any employee to faithfully perform his or her duties as prescribed by law, when such failure results in the loss of covered property. Forgery or Alteration Incl. Credit, Debit or Charge Card Forgery Provides coverage for loss resulting directly from forgery or alteration of checks, drafts, promissory notes or similar written promises, orders or directions to pay a certain sum of money.
