The Travertine development is a master planned residential community with a Resort/Spa located in the
City of La Quinta on the southern edge of the Coachella Valley at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The project is generally bounded by the extension of Avenue 60 on the north; the extension of Avenue
64 to the south; CVWD Dike No. 4 on the east; and Jefferson Street on the west. The proposed project
includes development of a mix of uses including up to 1,200 dwelling units of varying residential product
types, a resort facility with up to 100 rooms or villas, recreational uses such as a golf training/practice
facility featuring a clubhouse and banquet facilities, a number of neighborhood parks, a public trail
system and recreational open space, and natural open space for conservation.
