2021-04-28 INCOMPLETE LETTER 1 April 28, 2021 Mark Rogers TRG Land 898 Production Pl Newport Beach, CA 92663 SUBJECT: COMPLETENESS REVIEW FOR TRAVERTINE SPECIFIC PLAN PROJECT AND TRUST ACCOUNT STATUS GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 2017-0002, ZONE CHANGE 2017-0002, SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT 2017-0004, TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 2017-0008, ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT 2017-0008 Dear Mr. Rogers: On February 19, 2021, we provided you with a letter indicating that the above-mentioned applications were incomplete and gave an update of what was still missing from the application package. The following items are still pending: • Administrative Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Since the pending items above have not been received, your applications are deemed incomplete. Once these items have been received, the applications can be deemed complete. TRAVERTINE CORPORATION TRUST ACCOUNT STATUS In December 2020, a deposit of $16,100 was submitted to cover the deposit necessary to continue the review of the above-mentioned applications. To date, this deposit has been expended and another deposit is necessary. Additionally, the deposit for the peer review has been depleted. Staff estimates that another 200 hours will be necessary to continue the review of the applications, which amounts to $32,200. An additional deposit of $20,000 will be needed to cover the remainder of the peer review, which results in a total deposit of $52,200. Please deposit this amount as soon as possible in order to avoid any delays in processing.
