0 *At this time the concerns of the ACBCI THPO have been addressed and proper
mitigation measures have been proposed to ensure the protection of tribal cultural
resources. This letter shall conclude our AB52 consultation efforts.
#* The THPO requests an Avoidance and Mitigation Plan developed in consultation
with the Tribes. The plan shall address process and procedures for avoiding and
mitigating impacts to cultural resources and historic properties.
#* The THPO requests the City require fencing with a buffer be placed around
resources to be avoided.
#* The THPO requests the City assign a Compliance Officer to ensure mitigation
measures are in place and followed for the duration of the project with a monthly
report on compliance.
#* The THPO requests the City require Cultural Sensitivity Training for all
construction crew members.
