Good afternoon Wayne,
At our meeting on 6/11/19, Mr. Morrow agreed to have a permit for the 200 amp pedestal
submitted by the June 21st, he also agreed to meet with HCD (state) about the trailers/modular
building and work on providing more definitive information on the progress for the main house
issues. He further stated that he is working with a designer (Juan) to prepared plans for all of
these outstanding issues.
I received an email from Mr. Morrow on 6/20/19 and another follow-up email on 6/21/19 and he
stated they he has made contact with HCD for the modular structures but I have had no follow-
up and no specifics on the permit/plans status since then.
Given that he has investigated the trailer and modular building issues with HCD, I would suggest
that we give him until after the July 4th holiday to provide specifics on the status of the plans and
of the HCD permit process before we move on with any further code actions or citations.
If we haven’t gotten anything substantive by 7/10/19, let discuss at our following Code meeting
on 7/11/19.

I contacted Mr. Scott Morrow on 6/6/19 and explained that he was granted an additional two weeks to comply with
the violations against Morrow Ranch. I explained that compliance would be in the form of plans submittal, a permit
application, or an agreement between the Building Official and himself. Today, I am following up on any progress made,
by Mr. Morrow, toward complying with the violations. Please provide your input on any recent action that you will
declare as progress/compliance.
