According to Carlos, they will need to obtain a Minor Use Permit in accordance with LQMC 9.60.180. Additionally, they would need a building permit if the Minor Use Permit was granted. Inspection Wayne Campbell 08/17/2018 9:30 am 0.50 I made contact with Steve Lazzarini, Project Manager, at the Monroe site. I observed the temporary trailers stored but not connected. Lazzarini is aware a permit is required for the temporary trailers. He contacted the HUB yesterday for instructions. He presented the instructions to the property owner and now has his approval and signature. Mr Lazzarini will contact the Hub later today to start the application process.
