Kevin,
I noticed there was a modular structure being installed on this parcel
and wanted to see if your team could make contact and let the owner
know the process they need to go through to install and construct a
structure like this. According to Carlos, they will need to obtain a Minor
Use Permit in accordance with LQMC 9.60.180. Additionally, they
would need a building permit if the Minor Use Permit was granted.

08/17/2018 9:30 am 0.50 I made contact with Steve Lazzarini, Project Manager, at the Monroe
site. I observed the temporary trailers stored but not connected.
Lazzarini is aware a permit is required for the temporary trailers. He
contacted the HUB yesterday for instructions. He presented the
instructions to the property owner and now has his approval and
signature. Mr Lazzarini will contact the Hub later today to start the
application process. I will contact the HUB to confirm Lazzarini’s
application.

SCHEDULES. NEVERTHELESS, WE SEEM TO BACK ON TRACK

BEEN READY TO GO ALONG w/ EXISTING STRUCTURAL
CONNECTIONS, FRAMING, AND NOTES. STRUCTURAL
ENGINEERING TEAM, COMPLETED w/ THEIR STRUCTURAL
CALCS AND WILL BE EMAILING ME FINAL STRUCTURAL PLANS

case review date for thirty days and Carlos agreed. I also requested
Code Staff be included in any meetings related to compliance. Carlos
agreed.
