Mr. Flores‐
I was recently told of the proposed Special Events permit for Morrow Ranch that is before the City of La Quinta. As a
homeowner in The Estates of La Quinta and as father with small children I would like you to know that I oppose any such
permit being granted. Not only would it create unwelcome disturbance but it would inherently effect real estate values
in our community. While I can respect the desire for anyone to run a business, the nature and scope of this business
adjacent to neighborhoods makes little sense in my opinion.
I certainly hope that the City would respect the long standing homeowners in this area and not approve any such permit.
