Since direction was giving at that meeting to what we’ll need for a complete submittal no contact or official submittal have been received regarding the dwelling and horse stable alterations/additions. AJ From: James Wiatrak   Sent: Tuesday, April 02, 2019 9:47 AM  To: AJ Ortega <Aortega@laquintaca.gov>; Wayne Campbell <Wcampbell@laquintaca.gov>  Subject: FW: 55075 Monroe ‐ James Scott Morrow  AJ, Do we have any information we can provide to Wayne on this case, such as any plans now submitted for our review, etc. I know the contractor that we had met several time here at the HUB and in the field was trying to finalize a set of plans but we advised him to include additional information/details and include the modular building conversion of the main house and a garage or workshop addition as well, however, I don’t believe those plans were ever submitted. Wayne, I did meet yesterday with Juan Perez, who is apparently a draftsman working with Mr. Morrow now on the legalization of the two commercial modular structures Mr. Morrow wants to use as construction offices at the entry to his property. I advised Mr. Perez that he will have to obtain permits, inspection and approvals from the State (HCD) for the modular structures and, once he has obtained those approvals, he can then submit to the City of La Quinta for the site work, set-up, utility connections and the accessory structures such as stairs/ramps/decks that will be necessary there. This meeting was all informational and nothing was applied for or submitted at that time.
