permit attached in your email is considered a Planning Permit and can be found here. Please let us know if you

Thank you for sending this information. There is a lot to go through and after we review I’ll let you know if we have any questions.
Assuming the report that was generated accounts for all permits related to the property, I’m confused because one permit I did not see in the
report is the attached for the existing manufactured home (MUP2006-763). Can you please let me know if that’s missing or referenced to some
other property description? We need to make sure we’re 100% clear on all permits on the property and the details related to each.

Please note that building plans are copyrighted and can only be viewed. If you’d like to get copies of the plans,
you must obtain a written authorization from the Architect/Engineer on record, either via a letter or an email,
which must specifically state who is authorized to obtain the copies and must list the property address. You must
also complete the attached affidavit entitled “Request to Duplicate Official Plans,” and have it notarized. The
original affidavit and the authorization will be due to the City prior to the release of the plans.
