We have not ordered from the contractor as we want to ensure we meet all requirements from the City including the need for any permit(s). This new gate is going to replace the existing and be a slider (vs. swing) as the existing entry gate is damaged from the high winds. Thanks for your help. In fact I think it's only as tall as the existing block wall. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information. We may have mentioned that we are in need of replacing our existing entry gate as it is damaged and cannot function with the high winds. As such we are replacing the existing swing gates with a roller/slider gate. As part of this the motor(s) get reconfigured to work with the new gate and attached is the sketch for the new gate. The contractor we're working with says we do not need to pull a permit for the installation of this gate. I wanted to check with you for accuracy and if we need them to pull a permit please advise so I can provide the instruction. Thanks again, Scott Scott Morrow Morrow Management 1130 Via Callejon San Clemente, CA 92673 949/218-8400 direct 949/533-5050 cell CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This email including any attachments may contain confidential and/or privileged information.
