I had no idea and this is good information. I will be following up w owner's and we will confirm if sewer lines are
available and existing prior to designing for septic tank.

Good afternoon Juan,
As to question 2 below, connection to a public sewer rather than a private sewage system (septic system) is required
where it is available. Per the plumbing code, “the public sewer shall be permitted to be considered as not being available
where such public sewer or a building or an exterior drainage facility connected there to is located more than 200 feet”
from the proposed building. In other words, if the trailers were approved to be located and installed where proposed, they
could be connected to a permanent sewage system, however you would need to provide evidence that a public sewer is
not available in order to utilize a private sewage system.
Please let me know if I can clarify that.

MY CLIENT AND I, ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON A PROJECT w/ CITY OF LQ FOR
INSTALLING (2) MANUFACTURE TRAILERS TO BE TEMPORARY INSTALLED ON PRIVATE
PROPERTY FOR PERSONAL USE.
NOTE: WE ARE WORKING ON STRUCTURAL REVISIONS FOR WOOD DECKING AREA PER
CITY CORRECTIONS / COMMENTS LIST.
HOWEVER, AFTER REVIEWING w/ OWNER'S, THEY LIKE THE USE OF THESE (2) TRAILERS,
CURRENT LOCATION, AND FEEL IT WILL HELP THEM TO KEEP OFFICE SUPPLIES, STORAGE,
AND/OR PERSONAL OFFICE WORK AWAY FROM THEIR EXISTING RESIDENCE / HOME.
QUESTION.....
1 - CAN OWNER'S INSTALL THESE (2) TRAILERS = 1 UNIT ON THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY
