Juan,
The building plans are basically approvable, so you'll just need to complete the process with the Planning
Division to obtain their approval. I have attached the stamped plans in the online portal but they are not
viewable from the outside, so please let me know when Planning approval has been granted and I can
make them accessible to you.
Additionally, you'll just need to register a contractor and provide us with the project value.

information will be needed. And school fee receipt will be needed for issuance.

For BTTR2019-0004 planning approval is needed. The Plans need to be stamped and processed also. And Contractor

Both permits are approved with conditions. But revisions are requested on both. Our last email for BTTR2019-0004 was
that we needed a complete plan set uploaded not individual sheets. I have attached the reviews for both so you can see
