Think you’re good with the selected documents on BTTR, the 41020 is a submittal plan set.
Then with BRES being submitted 5/21/2018 (Expired: 11/17/2018) and not being a issued permit it
should all be discarded based on our retention policy, right? 805.06 Permit Application Packets w/ Plans
(New applications - prior to permit issuance) current year + 1 year
I know we have talked about turning over something if we have it even though it should have been
destroyed, so if that concept will apply here then I would just say turn over everything on the BRES
application for permit.

Hi AJ, I am trying to finalize this request and need your assistance one last time
For BTTR2019-0004 – the attachments folder has a lot that I don’t think I need, I have only
transferred to LF the ones in blue.
Can you let me know if any of the remaining documents are relevant and need to be added to
the permit or plans? Like what is “041020 – Morrow Manag-LQ-City_PDF Sam-merge”?
And for BRES2018-0184 – what should I transfer to LF from the Attachments folder – it is not
clear based on the naming conventions?
I have only transferred the Revocation correspondence from 8/2/19 from this folder? What else
– do we need the ‘redlined plans’?

Looking through the HTE Miscellaneous Information it appears 06-3100 is an expired application for the
eventually Issued Permit GRES-07-2796 for the construction of the garage building, Finaled 1/20/2009.
And then 07-3026 is for a Trellised Carport that was combined in the plans for the Stable Building CONR-
07-1284, Finaled 12/4/2008.
The problem with them being combined is that we have only one issued permit (The Stable) yet both were
constructed… The inspector was Steve Traxel so I could only guess that he just combined them during
inspections and didn’t do the paperwork as required. Not sure how we clean that up, but I believe both
received proper inspections, it just doesn’t look good because we don’t appear to even have an issued.
So I guess the official response doesn’t change – They didn’t go anywhere, they are not a responsive
record, so just ignore them and don’t mention them??
I’ve added notes in TRAKiT like you had previously mentioned for future reference…
