After a thorough planning exercise, the City of La Quinta may choose to add or remove scope, which may necessitate a change order if the implementation if the new requirements exceed the service hours quoted here. While ActiveG does not have experience with these specific permitting applications, ActiveG is experienced in other enterprise applications and capable of providing integration support. Since the founding of ActiveG, we have been integrating work management and ArcGIS systems. We understand integration patterns, data preparation and support for integrations, and configuration/development of these integrations in many different systems. As the Tyler system is deployed, we will be glad to support the implementors as needed. Since these integrations are not formalized in the RFP, those will be proposed when more information is available. Support & Training ActiveG employees excel at managing and deploying GIS and strive to provide real world solutions with real return on investment. We will share knowledge and help whenever we can. We also recognize that the City of La Quinta is uniquely situated in the heart of ArcGIS country, meaning that many training and other resources are available within a short distance. ESRI has conferences regularly in Palm Springs and we recommend that certain users utilize the training available at conferences and online. ActiveG will also prepare targeted training, using the City's own data in test datasets, so users can get hands on experience. A workshop is recommended as a first step in any Portal implementation, to refine requirements and discover data needs. 4.
