The Development Agreement is not done, and not yet available. The Final EIR will be available for review as part of
the Planning Commission staff report packet. No date has yet been set for that. There is no comment period for the
Final EIR, although comments can be submiRed in wriJng and orally before or at both the Planning Commission and
City Council hearings.
