We did the fiscal on Wave, and if you don’t have it, I can provide it again. The DA for Wave provides no replacement fee for property tax, and says that they don’t have to follow up with restudy un\l the 200th CofO, regardless of what that is (if it’s all residen\al, you get poten\ally no TOT at all) although they insisted again today on our call that the project would be a revenue generator for the City from the beginning. I’ve a^ached the first draf DA. I’m also forwarding an email I sent last week regarding my content comments – it’ll come to you from Page 3 of 4 forwarding an email I sent last week regarding my content comments – it’ll come to you from Consul\ngPlanner. The peak season versus off-season remaining the same, at a constant 30%, feels off and we’d like to see some sort of backup for how the Natelson-Dale Group arrived at their conclusions. Can you assist? Page 4 of 4 Doug Kinley III | Management Analyst City Manager's Office City of La Quinta 78495 Calle Tampico ◦ La Quinta, CA 92253 Ph. 760.777.7085 E.
