A DA is in negoPaPon. The dra9 term sheet (aRached) has been released to Alena’s group in the past, but
they are not privy to the DA itself. Yes, it will be part of the presentaPon tomorrow, but none of the specific

the Development Agreement between the City and the Developer of the
Coral Mountain Resort Wave Park project.
The City has no responsive records to this request.

record and subject to disclosure. However, until executed, agreements that
