CM “Vibe” book that offers some insight into the project ethos and previews the architectural
materials and character that will be coming forward with the Resort SDP. It also has some early
concept material for the Neighborhood Commercial corner. This is a phased approach to delivering a
unique, farm-oriented retail market and community gathering place and is pre^y exci\ng.
Would it be possible to distribute to PC and CC members today?
