KSL did submit cash payments for traffic signals on Madison St at Winged Foot ($215k), and at Weiskopf/
Legends Way ($430k).

As far as I can remember, our traffic signal master plan does not show traffic signals at these loca4ons.
Amy: Do you know if PGA West was ever condi4oned to contribute to future signals at either of their gates
on Madison?

SORRY, HIT SEND INSTEAD OF PASTE..
Cheri,
I’m giving her on a more generic response to this one, but can use Bryan’s help (copied here). And BTW, is
Bryan going to be there tomorrow?
2) in the traffic study, I no4ced that there was no men4on of possible stop signs or lights on Madison at the 2
PGAW entrances/exits on Madison between 54th and 58th (also known as the Laurels Gate to the north and
the Legends/Weiskopf gate to the south). It has been proposed at various 4mes that one or both of these
intersec4ons get a light if development to the south begins anew. While there isn’t a lot of traffic now, the
speeds are pregy dangerous when turning lej out of these entrances. It will only be compounded should the
Wave park be developed. The traffic study does not include these two driveways, as the traffic from PGA
West will not change, and the calcula4ons did not show an increase at these “intersec4ons”.

Thanks for this. It answers a number of my water ques4ons. I also have lots of others but will limit to these
for now.
1) is there anyway to physically do a ligh4ng demonstra4on? The light scager and glare drawings are helpful
but they lead one to believe that there will be no spillover. I find that hard to believe.
2) in the traffic study, I no4ced that there was no men4on of possible stop signs or lights on Madison at the 2

3) Does IID need to update its ‘will serve’ leger as one of the residents pointed out that it had expired? If so,
is that a big issue?
I also no4ced in the morning paper that John Gamlin will be the project head? Is that correct?
Thanks for your 4me. Will see you tomorrow. I will be on Zoom as I previously no4fied Monika.
