Ms. Moss,
Yes, you will be able to teshfy at the hearings. There will be public hearings before the Planning
Commission and City Council, and you can speak at both. There will be a public hearing nohce sent to
property owners within 500 feet of the property 10 days prior to the hearing. If you are outside that
radius (from any side of the project) and would like to receive the nohce, please let me know by return
email, and we can add you to the list.

Folks - think of the future of your children. Think of the future of our planet. And please, please, heed the
words of Kelly Slater who says surfers get bored with the same wave over and over, resulhng in an
underuhlized drain on our viability as a tourist deshnahon.
This project should be 'dead in the water' now. The water rules will be changed (reduced) as more demand
are placed on this crihcal resource.
And please, please keep in mind that visitors come here for the prishne desert and dark skies. These precious
assets will be destroyed forever, just to enrich a very few.
PLEASE STOP THIS IRRESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT.
It's simply selling the future of our region for dubious short term gain.
