Usually the checks are overnighted as we don't want to run out of funds, but we s8ll have $8,226.54 in the account so as long as its sent
ASAP we shouldn't have a problem either way.

I have reviewed the status of your deposit account. As of December 31, $8,226.54 remains in the account. As you are aware, the
review of the response to comments has required much more 8me than an8cipated. Our billings for October, November and
December total $12,005.40. I further an8cipate that the comple8on of the response to comments and the prepara8on of staff
reports will require an addi8onal 65-80± hours. Therefore, please provide a check for $20,000, which will be applied to the deposit
account, at your earliest convenience. I have copied Armando Magallon on this email. As he has in the past, he can assist in the
processing of the payment.
