Page 101/102, Table 2 - What do these
nomenclatures stand for? VC, MVC, RL, LDR, PR,
RM. I don't see the definitions.
Page 104, bullet point 5 - states "removing
discretionary finding" - What are the discretionary
findings?
Page 106 - What is an "environmental justice
element?
I may have more questions before the day is over.

Commission Meeting of Tuesday, January 11, 2022, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The
