I apologize from the last minute change but CDFW requests that we re-schedule this mee;ng to discuss the
Coral Mountain Resort project. We need more ;me to review and have a couple staff members that have
schedule conflicts today. Does the City and Project team have availability on Thursday, 1/27 between 1-2pm or

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife staff are currently fully booked the first week of January. The
earliest dates we have available would be Tuesday January 11th from 10-12pm or Tuesday January 18th from
10-12pm.

1. The Responses to your comments (Comment Le=er No. 14)
2. The proposed revisions to the EIR as a result of your and other comments.
3. The Topical Responses sec;on of the FEIR, which you will see is referenced in some of the
responses to your comments.
4. Technical memorandum from ELMT providing PBS impact analysis.
5. Technical memoranda from Musco Ligh;ng expanding the informa;on provided in the EIR
regarding ligh;ng impacts.
These are all provided for your review. We would like to schedule a mee;ng for the first week in
January (between the 3rd and the 7th) to review the responses and discuss any further ques;ons you
may have, before we finalize and complete the FEIR. Please provide available dates and ;mes by
return email, and we will arrange a Teams mee;ng.
