I’ll have to go through and see what I can find. Page 2 of 4 Cheri L. Many years ago, I was VP of Development for the original Coral Mountain partners (1995-2002) before moving on to develop Hideaway and Madison Clubs with Discovery Land. At the original CM, we sold our land to Shea to build Trilogy and to the Drummond Co to build Andalusia. I assisted TD Desert Development (Drummond) with pre-development, including annexaEon of their acquisiEon lands to the City. This was followed later by Shea as the City’s boundary was extended. Around the Eme I departed and Shea was working on annexaEon, I recall the City performed at least one, if not more, studies that analyzed the economic impact of bringing the projects in, given that the property taxes would conEnue to be collected by the County due to being inside the (now former) Thermal Airport Redevelopment Area boundary. This is the current situaEon, and I understand for the foreseeable future, at least for the next 13 or so years, as bonds are paid off. I would like to request copies of any studies in the City’s files that were prepared and made publicly available at the Eme. Can your department assist me with this?
