Good Morning All,
I am adding a condiaon to the Specific Plan that reads as follows:
1. The perimeter improvements on Avenue 58, Madison Street, Avenue 60 and
the western property line shall be completed prior to receipt of the first
certificate of occupancy for the first development project on the site. These
improvements will include curb, gutter, sidewalk, multi-use trail, parkway
landscaping and project perimeter wall.

We have discussed this in the past, and although they will likely push back, I think that the history at
Andalusia makes it necessary. Does anyone have an issue with this, and Amy and/or Bryan, does it conflict
with any of your condiaons?
